There may be 2 different interview. HR introduce the company to the interviewee for 15-30 minutes, and there are 4 interviews to test different area such as technical, consulting, managent, marketing in a queue and each takes 30 mintues. Generally the ending interview is focused on selling the company to the interviewee and answer questions.

I went through four different stages of interviews over a ~ 1 month timeframe. 1. Screen with recruiter. 2. Interview with hiring manager 3. Technical talk and half-day interview with BAH employees. 4. Interview with DoD client.

Hiring manager asked about my general experiences to gauge my expertise. BAH employees individual meetings focused on technical questions and how I would relate technical content to a non-technical or semi-technical audience. The interview was very professional and the questions were well thought out.
