A friend referred me and I was contacted a few months later by a recruiter. The recruiter called and there was a brief phone interview. Next, there was an in-person interview with 5 people for 30 minutes each. The interview was more of a discussion about my background and interests as well as what they were working on.

The process is competitive and has many steps to it. They really care about how you would fit within the team along with your skills and experience. You do end up meeting quite a few people as you move through the process.
