Then was contacted to set-up a 4 person "speed date" style interview session. Was interviewed by HR manager, 2 Senior Associates, and a Principal. 2 days later I was contacted by the HR rep and was given an offer

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
