It seems the best way to get your foot in the door is to know someone who works there and have them refer you. Once referred, you will get a call from a recruiter, they will set you up with an interview, and if your interview goes well they will send you an offer.

The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
