Easy, very comfortable and thorough. Connected with Recruiter via linked in and kept in communication with which roles I applied for, verified salary range and location preferences. Then, once a role was fitting and was still open, the recruiter recommended I get screened by a recruiting coordinator for the role I applied for and/ or other more fitting roles. Then met with hiring manager about a week later. Then later in the afternoon, the recruiting coordinator reached out and gave me a verbal offer. Everyone I interested with was pleasant and professional. It also helped that I was the same and (hopefully) made it easy for them to reciprocate.

It was rather straight forward. Set up an interview time. It was a two-phase interview. The first was with two people (one of whom ended up being my boss). Second with another, separate person. They asked about my background and my ideas on how a project should be executed. Overall a very standard interview. Very low stress.
