Interview process was very professional. I had a difficult time getting the recruiter to schedule the interview. Recruiter 1 that I had initially worked with on the phone screen didn't push my name so I reached out to her manager to get things scheduled. The interview was standard - 15 minute phone screen and another 60 minute interview with two people. Ultimately I declined the offer because the reputation of NAVWAR as a client and the compensation was well below the market. Also, after asking some simple questions like "what does the day to day look like" they couldn't really answer specifically which was a yellow flag for me. Second position I have interviewed in Booz Allen and both times the compensation package has been extremely low. My .02.

Straight forward process. Quick response scheduling interview. Great overview of the project. Multiple people in the interview which allowed me to ask many different types of questions. Interviewers we’re able to answer all of my questions.
