The interview was rigorous and full of behavioral based questions. The panel seemed biased from the start. They started off dissecting my resume and one person even stated that my resume was a format that they hated.

I was interviewed over the phone. The job description was not explained in very good detail because the manager was in a rush to fill the required positions. The position was explained as a non IT technical position, but after being hired the job requires advanced IT knowledge which put me at a disadvantage.
