First interview with recruiter, then with hiring manager, and then with two skip level managers. All took place within a few weeks. The recruiter was very responsive throughout the process. Overall a good experience.

I had several interviews in person that went great. The last was a quick phone interview that was horrible. I was asked the same questions in different ways and I could tell the interviewer was just not interested. This was puzzling since I had a call after the first interviews saying they liked me and were very interested. This was a lot of an interview process to find that someone that did not see you in person was so obviously disinterested. Why bother?
