Its not an interview. It's an acceptance process. Instead of individually interviewing everyone, they have group orientation, where they bring everyone in, tell you welcome for being accepted, then formally offer you.
Also they don't respond to emails very quickly, taking about 2 weeks or more to respond and are not very professional with keeping up with employees or potential hires. They give an excuse of being busy, but that isn't an excuse to not keep up with their hires
Thank you for expressing your thoughts about your interview experience. Thank you for being honest with your experience. This helps us improve our recruiting process. Again thank you taking the time to review our interviewing process.
Sincerely,
HR Division

The first interview was 30-45 minutes long.it was a group interview.we were given a topic to discuss.i believe the interviewer wanted to check our English proficiency,,they responded within 5 working days and i qualified for second interview. Which was also fine. Asked mostly questions which were on my questionnaire and they asked if i had knowledge in some japanese.it was a great interview.the interviewer was friendly.gave me hopes that i might get the job

After submitting your application, you get contacted for a first 'interview'. In reality this is just an orientation meeting with a couple other candidates, with a group discussion tacked on at the end. This is your first chance to actually speak and I guess they're looking for enthusiasm, general knowledge, your general level of English and for you to show that you know how to toe the line.
If you pass, you get invited for a second interview. This is the actual interview. Most of the questions are rehashes of the application you filled in, so as long as you stay consistent on it, you should be fine. After a while, I had to do two roleplays. The first one was where I had to introduce myself in English to a class of junior highschoolers. The idea is to elicit a response and get some dialogue going as opposed to a monologue.
The second roleplay was teaching an elementary school class a song of your choice with the idea of teaching vocabulary. I chose head, shoulders, knees and toes as most others would I assume, given that it's the easiest to do and teaches vocab nicely.
Afterwards, they'll tell you they will be in touch in a couple of business days with their final decision.

If you came up with a plan for a lesson, activity or a game and the teacher would tell you they weren't going to use it it, how would you deal with that?
