I was interviewed by three different managers separately. Each of the managers ask specific questions. One asked about my management style, one questioned my knowledge regarding the manufacturing process, and one asked questions about work ethics. I interviewed with each manager for approximately one hour. After those interviews, I was interviewed by the plant manager and HR.
