During the interview, they were mainly interested in my personality and work style. They asked questions about my experience with teamwork, such as when I last worked in a team and what role I played. They also wanted to know whether I would prefer a leadership position or a more technical role.

How do you usually handle conflicts or disagreements within a team?
Das Assessment-Center war unterteilt, in einen allg. Test und einem Mathe Test am Vormittag. Mittags gab es Mittagessen in der Kantine mit anderen bereits studierenden und nachmittgas waren die Selbstpräsentation und die Gruppenaufgaben dran. Richtung Abends kamen dann noch die Interviews dran.
