The phone interview was very simple. Unfortunately, I don't think I had an interviewer who actually cared. It seemed like she was just going through the behavioral-based questions that she was told to. After the 15 minute question, I was asked how busy I was with school. I gave her my answer, but once again I don't think she was actually listening to what I said. As soon as I finished talking she gave me a survey to fill out within 48 hours and a case study to complete in a week. I completed it and submitted it, then received the "there are better canidates" email. That was it.
