I applied online when I saw an opening on their website (Bosch RTC). 1 month later, I had a Skype interview where I presented my PhD research for 20 minutes, followed by Q&A for another 20. About a month later, I was invited for an on-site interview. Another month later, I went to Palo Alto. I presented my work for 40 minutes, followed by Q&A with members of the team. The team gave me an overview of the range of work being done. An HR intern have me an overview of Bosch. Lunch. HR interview where a senior manager was also present. One on one with 3 other team members. 1 month later, they updated me on the result.
