The interview process was pretty easy and painless. I applied and was contacted by HR. HR asked me a few generic questions and then wanted to set up an over the phone interview for the next week. The phone interview lasted about 30-45 minutes where they asked your typical behavioral styles questions and then also asked me to walk them through my resume and give them a brief overview of myself and then asked questions regarding that information. They also asked a few simple questions related to supply chain in general, but I had taken only an intro to supply chain course and was able to reason through the questions pretty well.
