It was an initial HR interview call, where the HR will ask questions about your resume, your availability, inquire your knowledge on certain technologies and give you a chance to ask more about the job descriptions and benefits. If you pass, the HR will set a teams meeting for an interview with the user (ie supervisor). This is a semi technical interview. The decision will be made after the second interview.
