After I submitted my resume I got invited to a call with four of their employees that asked me different questions about my background and previous experiences. In the end of the call ther management seemed satisfied and I was left with local HR to discuss my salary. I said that as a senior I really can't and won't go under $12/h. HR scoffed and said that their offer was much much lower. I think that it was disrespectful.
