First interview on a phone with an HR specialist, than with the hireing managger, the second interview was on Teams, i didnt make it to the third round but i applied for other roles as well.

Nothing really different. They were Very professional. they provided Good feedback in a nice time manner. I had the opportunity to ask about the position. Pretty much standard. nothing more to say.

My past experiences, how I behave to specific situations
They just give a description of the post and introduce the company's plan in real estate. They explained the 2nd and the 3rd interviews will be physical on spot. However, there is no response at all after the 1st interview.
