I have talked with the recruiter and they have reviewed the qualifications listed on the job description. I would say that the interview process was fair, however I did not get the job.

Colloquio
There were 2 round maximum. 1 hour interview with a HR colleague, a tech lead and the manager. They had professional questions to assess my knowledge level but the focus is more on attitude. I got the offer on the next day.
