Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Bosch (Lisbona, Lisbona) nel mese di gen 2024
Colloquio
The process was very poor; the manager asked a bunch of nonsensical questions and even belittled my past experiences, saying I was new to the field despite having big names on my CV. The interview was for a software engineer position, yet the focus of the technical questions was solely on testing. In the end, he said I didn't fit the role of a Software Engineer but could fit into a QA role (something I've never done nor liked). I found the manager to be somewhat pathetic, and the technical interviewer made faces when I answered, which I thought was immature and not at all professional. It seemed to me that they were looking to recruit a good Software Engineer to do QA work, offering half the salary.
Good luck to those who think this pathetic and declining company is a good option.

The purpose of the interview seemed to be to embarrass me, after all, they were two rather mediocre Portugueses.
Extensive technical questions, good practices, challenges you've faced, why are you changing jobs. How good is your english. Your motivations, teamwork... rest apis, async await, monoliths, memory management, other languages, ability to learn.
They conducted three rounds, which are the coding round, the technical round, and the HR round. The first round consists of coding and computer science questions, which consists of negative marks; second round is technical interview and third round is about hr questions.

They asked about technical questions in the C language
The interview process was structured and straightforward, starting with an HR screening followed by a technical discussion with two engineers. They focused on my problem-solving approach, past projects, and how I collaborate in a team.
