Online beworben und kurz darauf für ein Telefoninterview kontaktiert. Anschließend folgte ein Gespräch über Hintergrund, Motivation und grundlegende fachliche Fragen Sehr fairer Prozess, Gespräch auf Augenhöhe und sehr nette Atmosphäre.
