I prepped using all of the interview questions located on glassdoor and most of the questions were used. I found it easy to answer the questions as I wrote up my answers and learnt them ready to say in the interview. I also was asked to prepare a track to play on a BOSE speaker for the interviewees and had to describe the track.

Tell us about a time when you have shown leadership?
Few steps. One f2f interview one phone interview going up the management. They ask questions about yourself and asked questions about how to sell. Then the phone interview was to build rapport with the top manager. Very heirarchical structure.

Quick and easy process, was just a one to one interview with the store manager, was quite relaxed, lasted around 30 mins and he gave lots of feedback about my answers after each question
