How do you get through to a tough customer? Told me about a background check, and when I could expect to hear something back from them.

Customer is not interested in anything you have to show them, how do you handle this situation?
Few steps. One f2f interview one phone interview going up the management. They ask questions about yourself and asked questions about how to sell. Then the phone interview was to build rapport with the top manager. Very heirarchical structure.

Quick and easy process, was just a one to one interview with the store manager, was quite relaxed, lasted around 30 mins and he gave lots of feedback about my answers after each question
