It was a pretty long phase it took about a month, i went on two interviews both with the managers of the store they asked me about my previous sales experience and how comfortable i was with people. After about a week of waiting i did get a call back and was hired.

How would you over come a person who is just looking?
Few steps. One f2f interview one phone interview going up the management. They ask questions about yourself and asked questions about how to sell. Then the phone interview was to build rapport with the top manager. Very heirarchical structure.

Quick and easy process, was just a one to one interview with the store manager, was quite relaxed, lasted around 30 mins and he gave lots of feedback about my answers after each question
