I interviewed with different department heads. Gave me a sense of the landscape of the company. The offices were somewhat bland and corporate but the people were really nice and enthusiastic about their work. Be prepared with examples of work, what challenges you faced and how you overcame them. Arrive early to find parking if you are interviewing in Framingham.
