Competency based interview questions. Asked about my situation and the typical "tell me a situation where you did x". Talked through my experience, career journey. Got to the end of the interview and they said they were looking for someone with department store experience but my experience was all eCommerce and I probably wasn't a good fit. Not sure why they couldn't work that out from my CV or Linked In but at least it was good interviewing experience for me.
