A simple process consisting of 3 rounds with one technical, one soft skill and one with senior management. The questions are direct, to the point and judge the overall skillset and aptitude of a candidate.
Simple and to the point, took sometime to respond after first round. Engineering questions asked in technical round to judge basic idea of the candidate especially for npd roles and a brief on how Market functions.
