Total interviews attended:2 f2f. 1st interview: After a call from HR, I came from long distance for f2f interview with Plant manager and PPIC manager for 30 min. No immediate response from them. 2nd Interview :After continuous follow up, Again I got call from HR for 2nd round of f2f interview with HR manager and plant manager for 40 min. Now, informed me that they are ok with my skills and experience and my profile almost selected for the position. But, They cannot provide final confirmation due to some issue with global approval process. One fine day they called me to wait for 2 months to get final confirmation for appointment. And this is 3rd month now, i don't have any response from them. Meantime, I have got another offer and i'm happy with my job. My upset was if they don't have any approval for open position, why they should call candidates for interviews and waste their time ? HR and management working at bostik should learn how to treat professional candidates. Initially i thought Bostik was a reputed organization. After Seeing this kind of stupid response from top management, I will not suggest anyone to choose bostik as thier career choice.
