It was a phone interview and then a real interview with HR and director, very quick and very short and to the point. HR will speak with you and the director of the dept you’re applying for and then you will talk to the director alone about job specific activities.

Very easy process, not as difficult and they are in desperate need to hire. NH pay is pretty low though so they will not give a high offer of salary
