Nurse Manager and peers, observation. No questions related to Professional Nursing Practice. Felt over qualified based on the job description . Nursing undervalued in this teaching hospital. Possibly only on the specialty unit that I worked on
A very routine nursing interview, the interviewer was very friendly and asked questions about me, my interests and why I wanted to work at Boston Children's, there were minimal situational questions. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted.
