Pray you get a competent recruiter. I got one that didn't read my resume carefully, nor did she pay close attention when I was answering questions. I sometimes had to repeat myself and the person who called me didn't even give me any time to ask any questions about the job. I totally get why, popular hospitals like this one are so popular that then can afford to waste other people's valuable time. I applied for an HIM role, even after careful review from my resume, the person who called still tried to claim I had no experience in scanning. I mean WHAT??!! I kept a cool head and just politely went over what she overlooked. She wasn't paying attention and didn't take good notes to take back to her supervisor. Of course, I won't get a call back. Sometimes it's not your fault, sometimes you just get incompetent recruiters.
