I got referred by a friend and was immediately sent their CodeSignal test. It was my first time using the platform and I don't like it. BCG has unrealistic testing expectations and it makes you wonder what their work culture is like.

Coding challenge, then soft skills which i did not get to. Coding challenge was online timed in a third party tool. Not very hard but needed more time and didnt move quick enough.

Four interviews in total, all in Japanese. The first interview consisted of Python coding and technical case questions. The next two were both technical case interviews. The final interview with a partner was a mix of behavioral and business case questions.
