Normally structured MBB interview for post MBA roles. Two paired interviews both with a behavioral and case component. Starts with a background and behavioral with a few questions about experience, dealing with hardship, conflict in the workplace, etc.. then onto a case for the remaining 15 minutes or so.

Got to second round with 4 different interviewees who were all generally quite laid back and easy to talk to. Case studies were quite challenging but interviewees will guide you through it.
