I applied on the BCG website and it took them 2 months for them to give me an interview call. The day of the interview consisted of a computer based test about a business case. It was basically a test for your business and quantitative aptitude.
This was followed by 2 interviews of 1 hour each. Each interview consisted of 20 mins of behavioral questions followed by a business case. I messed up one of the cases and thus did not get an invite for the next round of interviews.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.

Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
