First stage interview that was conducted online, one to one. The interview lasted about 50 minutes, the first 10 minutes were dedicated to HR type questions, followed by 25 minutes of a case study. The last 5 minutes I could ask questions about the interviewer and BCG. The process was well scheduled and the process was updated through their recruitment app BCGyou which providing some interested resources before the actual interview.
