1st round: Case interview (Casey) and an in-person interview (with a consultant) 2nd round: two in-person interviews (with project leaders) 3rd round: two in-person interviews (with a principal and a partner) The interviews are as follow: - 15 min. of introduction and fit - 30 to 40 min. of case - 5 to 10 min. for questions you may have about the interviewer or BCG

The cases were almost all profitability cases. Some were really graph-intensive and you had to be able to do your maths quickly. I thought that the last round would be more about brainstorming but it was the one that had the most maths/graph analysis.
