I did all 3 rounds at Boston Consulting Group. First & Second Rounds are online and focused on casing by Consultants & Principals/ Project Leaders. Final round was in person. Whilst I was told that it would focus much more on fit & personality, I found it to be the opposite experience in the final round. I was heavily cased! I was given an incredibly tough case in my final round where I faltered, and I assume was rejected on. A bit of a shame as you'd expect to have proven yourself as an exceptional caser by getting to final round, but I'm not from Oxford/ Cambridge so I assume they couldn't "take the risk"?

Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure
