Colloquio
It began with an initial HR call, followed by a technical interview, and culminated in an on-site meeting with the team. The overall experience was quite seamless.
Here's a coding joke for you: Why did the code decide to go to therapy? It needed to address its multitude of issues! 😄

Great, concise, interesting conversations. Thought provoking questions and showed genuine interest. The earlier stages were intense and brutal with many people being met and spoken to. Too many rounds of interviews and repetitive questions

The process took 2 weeks, I had a first interview with the recruiter and after I've met the hiring manager. Both were very nice and gave me a good impression, one of my friends though suggested me not to continue the process as she was working there and told me the salary I was offered was quite down compared to the company's benchmark. Looking back I wish I continued the project, I think she said that cause she didn't want me to earn more than her. She was promoted to senior level the past year.
If the company wants to find out more I'll be happy to give them more details.

Most BCG offices hold two rounds of interviews before making a hiring decision. If you've been invited to interview then you can count yourself as being in the top 10% of applicants. However, the work has just begun: the chance of passing the first round is around 25%.
