It took 4 months. I did the first test on the first of July and I finished my process on the 25th of October. I did not get any news about the test till 24th of July, and they fixed my second step on the 28th of September. There I got 2 interviews (2 project leaders) and one online test. I didn't get any news for 4 weeks more, and I had to call the office to have my feedback. That was positive and I came back to Milan office to the last round. There I had 3 interviews with 2 Principal and 1 Project Leader (one of these had been in english). I waited till 22nd of november even if they promised me to have my feedback within 1 week (I had to phone again my recruiting assistant who refused to answer). The company pays for your trips to its office.
