In der ersten Runde fanden drei Gespräche mit drei unterschiedlichen erfahrenen Beratern statt. Jeweils gab es eine Case Study sowie Diskussion bisheriger Erfahrungen, Motivation etc. statt. Die Atmosphäre ware relativ entspannt.

Neben der Case Study überwiegend Standardfragen wie Stärken/Schwächen etc. wenn auch kreativer formuliert.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.

Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
