Round one was two parts: Online case, video call behavioral
Final round with senior executives (two calls each with a case)
The interviewers did not care very much (they seemed busy and acted as if talking to me was inconvenient). The cases were nothing like the practice cases nor the workshops hosted by BCG. One of the interviewers mentioned that it was a case they worked on when they joined the company.

2nd round: 2 behaviors and 2 cases with 2 people.
It's hard, but just practice as many different industry cases as possible. Also, once you get your interviewer, practice their industry!

Il processo, dopo la fase di screening e dell'online assessment era strutturata in 2 interviews separate: HR e tecnica. Con l'HR erano le classiche domande FIT mentre l'interview tecnica era articolata in 15 min di FIT e 45 min di business case.
