Il processo, dopo la fase di screening e dell'online assessment era strutturata in 2 interviews separate: HR e tecnica. Con l'HR erano le classiche domande FIT mentre l'interview tecnica era articolata in 15 min di FIT e 45 min di business case.

2nd round: 2 behaviors and 2 cases with 2 people.
It's hard, but just practice as many different industry cases as possible. Also, once you get your interviewer, practice their industry!
