I graduated from an elite business school and BCG is a prime recruiter for ME region. I was shortlisted for the interview but the decision was already made before the interview. The company came for campus recruitment and had a clear bias towards one specific nationality.

Case interview: Very easy case but barely got 15 minutes to solve it. It was just a formality.

The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.

Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
