The interview process begins with an online business case. If successful, you’ll proceed to two consecutive 45-minute interviews with two principals. Each interview starts with a 5-minute introduction, followed by a business case that you'll be expected to solve. These cases test your market knowledge, your approach to market entry strategies, and your ability to perform mental math without a calculator—though you’ll have paper and pencil available. At the end of each interview, you'll have time to ask your own questions. If you pass this phase, you will have 2-3 more intreviews, with more seniors employers to get to know you and resolve more complex business cases.
