Disappointing Recruitment Experience I would like to share my experience with the recruitment process at this company to help future candidates make an informed decision. I successfully completed all interview rounds and received an offer to join a project at Boston Harbor. However, due to unforeseen delays in the exit formalities with my current employer, I had to request a slight adjustment in the joining date. I communicated this change to the senior HR representative (Ms. Meena), who acknowledged the situation and assured me that the offer remained valid. Based on this assurance, I finalized my exit from my previous employer. Unfortunately, just three days before my revised joining date, I was informed by the consultancy team that the offer had been put on hold. This was unexpected and left me in a very difficult position, as I had already resigned from my previous role. While I understand that business needs can change, I believe timely and transparent communication is crucial, especially during such a critical phase in a candidate’s career. This experience was disheartening and impacted me both professionally and personally. I recommend that the company reviews and improves its communication and onboarding practices to ensure a smoother and more respectful experience for future candidates.

2 Technical Rounds followed by a HR discussion. Round 1 consist of Manual testing related questions along with roles and responsibilities of previous project that you have worked, Test scenario and test case written. Round 2 consist of Automation testing related questions, Oops concept, Locators.
