The interview process itself was pretty standard but it was SOOOO slow! I submitted my resume in July, followed up with the recruiter 1 week later, got a phone screen in August, interviews in September and my first day was at the end of October. I kept thinking I didn't get the job because I went weeks without any communication. For people who are more actively job searching, I bet BSC loses good talent all the time for moving so slowly!
