Arrangements were made over email for a half-day interview with about 5 or six, 1/2 to 1 hour interviews with people in the department. They were all very nice and professional. They seemed really interested in hiring me and made a generous offer in my opinion. The "boss" called me personally to make an offer. He negotiated with me and was very accommodating.
