Got the interview through the SWE national conference, was pretty straightforward like a conversation. Had the interview, did not get the job but many others were offered jobs on the spot

Needed a referral in order to have resume looked at. Once referred, a first round interview was set up with a manager. The interview was behavioral/analytical. Many questions surrounding the company and DEI.
