It started with a quick 20-30 min phone screen with a hiring manager after I submitted an application online, then I was contacted to have another interview which was two back to back 30 min interviews with other supervisors in the division. Overall, everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was a very difficult decision to choose a different offer.
