It's normally 2 people or 2 * 2 people interviews back to back if it's permanent. They're big into STAR ( Situation Task Action Result) where you talk through how you approached a problem. Very compotency based. If you don't know what you claim, you'll get found out. Its about talking through your experience, projects you worked on, how you manage your workload They might throw a few hypotheticals at you, If 2 seniors want you to work on different things, how would deal with it or examples of that kind of thing. Approx 1 hour
