Seamless interview process. I moved quickly through 2 rounds of interview, and although I was unsuccessful, I had a great candidate experience throughout. Everyone I met was compassionate, energetic and they came across as a very sophisticated team. The interviews were in-depth, but not intimidating, which is a tough balance to strike! As with any interview, you need to be able to describe your experience in-depth, and share examples throughout. Culture is important to this company, so don’t waste their time and yours interviewing if you’re not genuinely interested in the company and able to talk about why.
